Brain Boost Sundays are fast, open, judgment-free conversation circles designed to reset your mind before the week begins. Each session dives into real topics like stress, burnout, boundaries, comparison, energy, and overthinking.

There are no lectures and no therapy vibes — just honest talk, shared experience, and practical tools you can actually use.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple, consistent structure every week:

2. Open Group Discussion

3. 1 Practical Mental Fitness Tool

4. Weekly Takeaway: “This week, I will _.”

Total time: 20–30 minutes.
