AffirmedYOU is the parent organization behind Inner Journey, a science-backed digital platform designed to support personal growth, nervous system regulation, and mental resilience. Through evidence-based tools, guided journeys, and the proprietary REACH methodology, AffirmedYOU develops scalable solutions that serve individuals, professionals, organizations, and mission-critical environments. Our work bridges neuroscience, psychology, and technology to deliver secure, effective, and human-centered transformation at both personal and enterprise levels.
Our Structure
AffirmedYou LLC serves as the intellectual property and development entity, responsible for the creation, maintenance, and protection of the Inner Journey app, the Neuro Journey app, the REACH methodology, and all supporting systems. AffirmedYou LLC also manages government, military, aviation, research, and defense-aligned programs requiring secure handling and compliant execution.
AffirmedYou Inc is the commercial operating entity responsible for enterprise licensing, commercial REACH programs, coaching delivery, ambassador programs, corporate onboarding, global deployments, and strategic commercial growth. AffirmedYou Inc licenses the Neuro Journey app and REACH Commercial Edition from AffirmedYou LLC.

At Inner Journey, giving back is part of our mission. A portion of every subscription is donated to initiatives that strengthen mental well-being, support resilience, and empower communities to thrive. We believe that caring for the mind is the foundation for growth, healing, and lasting change.
Through our dedicated donation drives, you can help us extend mental fitness tools to those who need them most—including veterans, first responders, individuals in shelters, cancer patients, and the Hispanic community. Together, we can build resilience and create a ripple of positive impact in the world.
Inner Journey supports
Mayawa Academy, Sierra Leone
Mayawa Academy was founded by Jacob Conteh, a school administrator and freelance writer from Montclair, Virginia. In 2019, Jacob returned to his country of birth, Sierra Leone, West Africa with a mission to provide quality education to young people. He built a school in his hometown, Paytfu Mayawa in rural Sierra Leone. Mayawa Academy started classes in 2022 and now caters to more than 200 secondary students.
With the establishment of Mayawa Academy, students that used to walked six miles to and from the nearest high school, in a country with extreme heat in the dry season and torrential rains in the rainy season, can now attend classes with ease.
Through partnerships and fundraising, the school hopes to implement projects in the near future that will enhance facilities and curriculum. It’s current priorities are to build a well for water supply, install solar panels and equip students with chromebooks or laptops.
